Return and Exchange Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our products and thoroughly inspect each item before it leaves our showroom. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except in cases where an item is proven to be defective due to a manufacturing fault. Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Dissatisfaction with style or fit

By placing an order with ËLLA K, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

 Exchanges:

We will offer an exchange under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of your purchase date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

If your requested size or item is unavailable, we are unable to offer a store credit. Items that are sold out will not be eligible for exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items: 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Sale or discounted items

Items returned in worn or damaged condition will not be accepted for exchange.

Exchange Process: 

To begin an exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@ellak.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for your exchange.

Upon approval, you will be provided with instructions on how to return your item(s). 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Once your item is received and inspected, an exchange will be processed within 10 business days.

Defective Items: 

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at info@ellak.com.au within 3 calendar days of receiving the item. Include a detailed description of the defect and clear photographs.

If the defect is confirmed, we will either offer replacement or, if the item is no longer available, provide store credit.

We do not refund shipping costs. 

Please note that damage resulting from improper care, misuse, or wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders:  

Orders that are refused upon delivery, or that remain unclaimed, will not be refunded. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the item resent.
